Our aim is simple: to give more people the chance to experience these incredible stays without them feeling out of reach. Every destination and accommodation is carefully chosen, with a focus on quality, character, and experiences that feel genuinely memorable.

Try Your Lux is a UK-based skill-based competition platform offering participants the chance to win luxury stays in the UK and abroad. Entry to our competitions requires successfully completing a quiz designed to test skill, knowledge, or judgment.

No. Try Your Lux competitions are not lotteries. All competitions are skill-based, meaning entrants must successfully complete a quiz before they are eligible to enter. Chance does not determine eligibility.

To enter: (1) Select a competition on our website, (2) Successfully complete the required quiz, (3) Purchase entries (if applicable), and (4) Receive confirmation of your entry. Only entrants who pass the quiz are eligible to participate.

No. As our competitions are genuine skill-based competitions, a free postal or alternative free entry route is not offered.

The quiz is a required part of entry and is designed to ensure that entry depends on skill, knowledge, or judgment and that a significant proportion of people will not qualify. This supports legal compliance and fairness for all participants.

Unless otherwise stated on the competition page, each person is allowed one attempt per competition. If you do not answer all questions correctly, you will not be eligible to enter that competition.

If more than one entrant successfully completes the quiz, a draw may be conducted only among qualifying entrants to determine the winner. The draw may take place during a live stream. All decisions are final.

No. Entries are non-refundable, except if a competition is cancelled by Try Your Lux. This is set out in our Terms & Conditions.

If a competition is cancelled, entrants will be informed and offered either a refund or entry into an alternative competition.

Prizes vary by competition and may include luxury stays in the UK or abroad. Full prize details, inclusions, and exclusions are stated on each competition page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel, insurance, visas, meals, and spending money are not included. Winners are responsible for any additional costs.

No. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, unless explicitly stated on the competition page.

Winners are contacted using the contact details provided at entry, usually by email. Winners must respond within the timeframe stated in the Terms & Conditions.

We collect personal data necessary to administer competitions, verify eligibility, process payments, and contact winners and fulfil prizes. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Your data may be shared only where necessary, such as with payment processors, prize providers for fulfilment, and legal or regulatory authorities if required. We do not sell your personal data.

If you win, we may ask to use your name and/or image for promotional purposes. You may opt out by notifying us.

Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or unfairly influence a competition may result in disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and account suspension.
